The Service is for general wellness and informational purposes only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of disease. Nothing in the Service creates a doctor-patient, therapist-patient, or other licensed professional relationship.
AI-generated or rules-based information may be incomplete, inaccurate, or not appropriate for your circumstances. You are solely responsible for deciding how to use any information shown in the Service.

The Service displays published reference information about dietary supplements sourced from public health authorities including the NIH Office of Dietary Supplements, Dietary Reference Intakes, and published dietary guidelines. This information includes general descriptions, common dose ranges, timing notes, and known nutrient interactions as documented in published research.
This reference information is general in nature and is not personalized to you. Source citations are provided for reference data. The inclusion of any supplement information in the Service does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation of any supplement product.
The Service displays published nutrient interaction data sourced from peer-reviewed nutritional science references. This information describes known pharmacokinetic relationships between nutrients (such as absorption competition or synergistic absorption) as documented in published research.
Interaction information is factual reference data, not personalized advice. The Service allows you to optionally store your own laboratory test results for personal reference. The Service displays your entered values alongside standard reference ranges from your laboratory report.
The Service does NOT interpret, analyze, or provide recommendations based on your lab values. Reference ranges are from your laboratory, not from Onset. A healthcare provider should interpret your lab results.
The Service may display stored lab values beside supplement routine items for organization and personal reference. This context is general wellness information and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or recommendations.
Lab and protocol context does not interpret your lab results or model your personal health. A qualified healthcare professional should interpret laboratory results and advise on any medical decisions.

Some features require a paid subscription ("Onset Pro"). Billing is handled by Apple through your Apple ID.
The Service may rely on third-party providers (for example, Apple, RevenueCat, Supabase, NIH DSLD, and AI model providers). We are not responsible for third-party services, outages, or policy changes. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their terms and privacy policies.
The Service, including software, design, text, graphics, trademarks, and logos, is owned by or licensed to Onset and protected by law. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial use.
Published reference data sourced from NIH, CDC, and other government sources is in the public domain. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from the Service except as expressly allowed in writing.
If you submit suggestions, ideas, or feedback, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate that feedback without compensation or restriction.
We may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created legal risk, or misused the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR NEEDS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ONSET AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ONSET+ IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY OR (B) USD $100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In those jurisdictions, liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Onset and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If arbitration is not available for a claim, exclusive venue is in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there, except where local law requires otherwise.
You may not use the Service in violation of U.S. export controls, sanctions laws, or other applicable trade laws. You represent that you are not located in, or ordinarily resident in, a prohibited jurisdiction and are not a prohibited party.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" indicates the latest revision. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
